Whip up quick and delicious pork burgers with only a few ingredients, ready in just 17 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 500g Italian pork sausages
  • 4 wholemeal rolls, split, toasted
  • 120g pkt mixed salad leaves
  • 200g mixed chargrilled vegetables (such as capsicum, zucchini and eggplant)
  • 80g (1/3 cup) kalamata olive dip
Instructions:
  • Remove the sausage mince from the casings, discard the casings, then divide the mince into 4 portions and shape into patties using damp hands.
  • Lightly grease a large non-stick frying pan with oil. Heat over medium heat. Cook the patties for 5 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Place them on a plate lined with paper towel to drain excess oil.
  • On serving plates, layer the roll bases with salad leaves, burger patties, chargrilled vegetables, and a dollop of olive dip. Top with the roll tops and serve.
