One-pan meal of savory chops with veggies for effortless cooking and cleanup!
Ingredients:
  • 4 pork loin or rib chops, 1/2 inch thick (1 to 1 1/4 lb)
  • 1/2 cup Progresso™ beef flavored or chicken broth (from 32-oz carton)
  • 3 medium potatoes, cut into fourths
  • 4 small carrots, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 medium onions, cut into fourths
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • Chopped fresh parsley, if desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the pork in the skillet for about 5 minutes, flipping it once, until it develops a golden brown color.
  • Combine broth, potatoes, carrots, and onions in a skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, then simmer covered for about 30 minutes until vegetables are tender and pork is cooked through. Garnish with parsley before serving.
