Elevate your plate with a zesty, low-fat cauliflower side dish.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tsp black mustard seeds
  • 2.50 gm ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp ground chilli powder
  • 500g cauliflower
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Heat oil in a large flameproof baking dish over medium-high heat. Sauté mustard seeds, cumin, turmeric, and chilli for 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant. Add cauliflower and 1/4 cup of water, stirring to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake in the oven until cauliflower is tender, about 10 to 15 minutes.
