Irresistible paprika-spiced chicken wings served with creamy ranch dressing.
Ingredients:
  • 1kg Australian Chicken Wing Nibbles
  • 20.80 gm tomato sauce
  • 24.40 gm Worcestershire sauce
  • 5.00 gm sweet paprika
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 2.50 gm ground cumin
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground allspice
  • 1/2 tsp dried chilli flakes (optional)
  • 100g mayonnaise
  • 37.60 gm sour cream
  • 20.00 ml white wine vinegar
  • 11.80 gm Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp finely chopped dill
  • 2 tsp finely chopped chives
  • 0.63 gm sweet paprika
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. In a bowl, mix together chicken, sugar, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, oregano, cumin, garlic, allspice, and optional chilli flakes. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Spread the chicken mixture evenly on the lined tray. Bake, flipping occasionally, for 40-45 minutes or until the chicken is golden brown and fully cooked.
  • For the ranch dressing, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, mustard, dill, chives, and paprika in a small bowl. Mix until fully combined. Adjust seasoning to your liking.
  • Place the chicken wings elegantly on a large platter and serve alongside the creamy ranch dressing.
