Spicy, tangy corn on the cob with garam masala, chaat masala, chili powder, and lemon juice.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups fresh corn kernels
  • salt as needed
  • 4 teaspoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice, or more to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon garam masala
  • 0.5 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 0.25 teaspoon chili powder
Instructions:
  • Fill a deep pan with water and bring to a boil. Add corn and salt. Cook until corn is tender, about 5 to 7 minutes. Drain.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add boiled corn, lemon juice, garam masala, chaat masala, chili powder, and salt. Cook until corn is lightly browned, approximately 5 minutes.
