Maple cinnamon nutmeg banana bread: a sweet and spicy fall delight.

Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease a loaf pan with nonstick spray.
  • In a bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg. Set aside.
  • Here's a refined version of your instruction: Mash bananas until mostly smooth with some chunks. Mix in eggs, oil, maple syrup, sugar, and vanilla extract using a wooden spoon. Add flour mixture and walnuts, stirring until just moistened. Pour batter into prepared pan.
