Spiced Earl Grey fruit punch - a refreshing twist on a classic!
Ingredients:
  • 4 Earl Grey tea bags
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 5 whole cloves
  • 6 cardamom pods
  • 875.00 gm boiling water
  • 107.50 gm caster sugar
  • 1l fruit juice
  • 2 oranges, thinly sliced
  • 500.00 ml ice-cubes
Instructions:
  • In a warmed teapot, combine tea bags, cinnamon, cloves, and cardamom. Pour in boiling water and sugar, then stir until sugar dissolves. Let it sit for 10 minutes, then strain into a large jug and add juice to the tea mixture.
  • Chill in the fridge until cold. Just before serving, garnish with orange slices and ice.
