Effortless BBQ chicken pizzas made in a snap using store-bought toppings.
Ingredients:
  • 500g lean beef mince
  • 18.20 gm olive oil
  • 35g packet taco seasoning mix
  • 400g can red kidney beans, rinsed, drained
  • 2 x 24cm pizza bases
  • 625.00 ml COON Pizza Shredded Cheese
  • 2 small tomatoes, deseeded, diced
  • 82.50 ml coriander leaves
  • 117.50 gm sour cream
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 200°C then heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add mince and cook for 3 minutes, using a wooden spoon to break it up as it cooks.
  • Mix the seasoning mix with 1/4 cup of water. Stir this mixture into the mince along with the beans. Lower the heat to medium and cook while stirring for about 4 minutes or until the mince thickens. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  • Evenly distribute mince mixture on each pizza base. Sprinkle 1 cup of COON Pizza Shredded Cheese on top. Place on flat baking trays and bake for 15 minutes until cheese is melted and bases are crispy.
  • Take the pizzas out of the oven. Sprinkle each pizza with 1/4 cup of the remaining COON Pizza Shredded Cheese, then top with tomato, coriander, and sour cream. Serve and enjoy!
