Grilled corn on the cob with chili butter: a tasty and easy recipe wrapped in foil for a delicious kick!
Ingredients:
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 0.125 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 pinch onion powder
  • cayenne pepper to taste
  • garlic powder to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 0.5 cup butter, softened
  • 6 ears corn, husked and cleaned
Instructions:
  • Get ready to ignite your culinary skills by preheating the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Combine chili powder, oregano, onion powder, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Add softened butter and mix well. Spread the seasoned butter on each ear of corn, then individually wrap each ear in foil, twisting the ends to seal, like a burrito.
  • Grill the corn, turning occasionally, until tender when poked with a fork, about 20 to 30 minutes.
