Delicious Asian chicken stir-fry ready in just 20 minutes - a hit with the family!
Ingredients:
  • 18.20 gm peanut oil
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 4cm piece fresh ginger, peeled, cut into thin matchsticks
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 600g chicken stir-fry strips
  • 250g green beans, trimmed, cut into 4cm lengths
  • 42.00 gm salt-reduced soy sauce
  • 1 long red chilli, deseeded, thinly sliced
  • 2 x 250g packets steamed basmati rice
Instructions:
  • In a large wok over high heat, sizzle peanut oil and fragrant sesame oil. Toss in ginger, garlic, chicken, and beans. Stir-fry until chicken is cooked, about 4 to 5 minutes. Drizzle in soy sauce and chili, then continue stir-frying until beans are tender, about 2 to 3 minutes more.
  • Prepare the rice according to package instructions, then portion it into bowls. Add the flavorful chicken mixture on top before serving.
