Spicy guacamole

Ingredients:
  • 2 medium ripe avocados, halved, stoned, peeled
  • 60mls (1/4 cup) fresh lemon juice
  • 1 medium ripe tomato, quartered, deseeded, finely chopped
  • 2 small fresh red chillies, deseeded, finely chopped
  • Salt & ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 medium baguette (French stick), cu tinto lcm-thick slices
  • 36.40 gm olive oil
Instructions:
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a medium bowl, smash ripe avocados and lemon juice with a fork until creamy. Add tomatoes, chilies, garlic, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix until fully incorporated.
  • Brush both sides of the baguette slices with fragrant olive oil. Grill them for 1-2 minutes per side until beautifully golden. Serve alongside the luscious guacamole.
