Spicy guacamole with a kick, perfect for a quick and healthy snack.
Ingredients:
  • 3 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
  • lemon, juiced
  • 3 Roma tomatoes, seeded and finely chopped
  • 4 scallions, white parts only, thinly sliced
  • 3 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions:
  • Combine ripe avocados and freshly squeezed lemon juice in a medium mixing bowl, mashing until almost smooth. Add tomatoes, scallions, jalapeno peppers, minced garlic, fresh cilantro, salt, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Taste the guacamole and adjust seasoning to your preference.
