Ingredients:
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 tablespoons cold water
  • 0.66666668653488 cup walnut halves
  • 0.66666668653488 cup pecan halves
  • 0.66666668653488 cup whole almonds
  • 0.5 cup sugar
  • 1.5 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon ginger
  • 0.25 teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions:
  • Whisk egg white and water until frothy. Toss nuts in the mixture until coated, then let them drain in a colander for 3-4 minutes. Combine sugar and spices in a plastic bag, add nuts, and shake well to coat. Spread the coated nuts in a single layer on a microwave-safe plate; microwave on high for 1 1/2 minutes or until bubbly. Stir and enjoy!
  • Microwave for an additional 1 1/2 minutes, then stir to separate. Allow to cool and store in a sealed container.
