Spicy mixed nuts

Satisfy cravings with zesty mixed nuts.
Ingredients:
  • 200g (1 1/3 cups) raw whole unsalted cashew nuts
  • 130g (3/4 cup) blanched almonds
  • 6.90 gm olive oil
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp chilli powder
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 160°C. Line a tray with non-stick baking paper. Toss cashews, almonds, and oil together in a bowl until combined.
  • In a small bowl, mix ground cumin, coriander, garlic, and chili powder. Toss nuts with the spice mix until coated. Spread nuts in a single layer on a tray. Roast in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until toasted and fragrant.
  • Let it cool after removing from the oven.
