Whip up a quick and delicious stir-fry in just 30 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 20.00 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 30.00 ml gluten-free tamari
  • 2 small red chillies, finely chopped
  • 10.00 gm caster sugar
  • Canola oil cooking spray
  • 400g pork leg steaks, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium white onion, cut into thin wedges
  • 350g broccoli, trimmed, cut into florets
  • 6 green onions, cut into 4cm lengths
  • Steamed white rice, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a jug, mix together vinegar, tamari, chili, and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
  • Coat a large wok or frying pan with oil and heat over high heat. Add half of the pork and stir-fry for 2 minutes until golden. Transfer to a plate, then repeat with the remaining pork.
  • Coat wok or pan with oil and heat on high. Cook white onion for 1 minute, then add broccoli and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until tender. Toss in green onion, followed by pork and vinegar mixture. Stir-fry for 2 minutes until heated through. Serve over rice.
