Beer-infused beef burgers topped with spicy Jack cheese for a fiery kick.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound lean ground beef (90% lean)
  • 0.25 cup dark beer (such as Guinness®)
  • 1 (6 inch) serrano pepper, diced
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 4 slices Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeno peppers
Instructions:
  • Prepare your outdoor grill by preheating it to high heat and lightly oiling the grate.
  • Combine ground beef, flavorful beer, spicy serrano pepper, and rich butter in a bowl; shape into 4 mouthwatering patties.
  • Grill the burgers for 5 minutes, flip, and cook for an additional 3 minutes. Add 1 slice of Monterey Jack cheese on top of each burger and continue cooking until burgers are cooked through, about 2 more minutes. Use an instant-read thermometer to ensure each burger reaches at least 165°F (74°C) in the center.
