Try these crispy baked wonton triangles for a delicious twist on traditional tortilla chips!
Ingredients:
  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon fat-free egg product or egg white
  • 1 teaspoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease 2 cookie sheets with nonstick cooking spray. Slice wonton wrappers into triangles. Whisk together garlic powder, egg product, and soy sauce until combined. Brush triangles with the egg mixture. Arrange triangles on prepared sheets, spacing them 1/2 inch apart. Bake one cookie sheet at a time for 5 minutes or until the wonton wrappers are golden and crispy. Transfer to a wire rack to cool after removing from the cookie sheet.
