Delicious and juicy spinach feta turkey burgers made effortlessly in one step, shaped into patties, and grilled to perfection.
Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds ground turkey
  • 1 (10 ounce) box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 4 ounces feta cheese
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions:
  • Get your outdoor grill ready by preheating it to medium-high heat and giving the grate a light coating of oil.
  • Combine turkey, spinach, feta, eggs, and garlic in a large bowl, shaping into 8 patties.
  • Grill patties until they are no longer pink in the center, for about 15 to 20 minutes. Use an instant-read thermometer to ensure patties reach an internal temperature of at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
