Enhance hot dogs with sweet chili sauce for a flavorful kick.
Ingredients:
  • 6 Texas Hot Link Sausages
  • 250.00 ml shredded red cabbage
  • 250.00 ml shredded cos lettuce
  • 100g snow peas, thinly sliced
  • 4 radishes, thinly sliced
  • 82.50 ml mint leaves
  • 20.00 ml white wine vinegar
  • 11.80 gm Dijon mustard
  • 11.00 gm sweet chilli sauce
  • 8 Hot Dog Rolls
  • Sweet chilli sauce, extra, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat a greased barbecue grill or chargrill on medium-high heat. Grill the sausages, turning occasionally, for 10-15 minutes or until they are golden brown and fully cooked. Transfer the sausages to a plate.
  • In a large bowl, mix the cabbage, lettuce, snow pea, radish, and mint. In a separate bowl, whisk together the vinegar, mustard, sweet chili sauce, and remaining oil. Drizzle the dressing over the vegetables and toss well to combine.
  • Split the bread rolls with a serrated knife, not cutting all the way through. Fill the rolls with the cabbage mixture, top with sausages, and drizzle with extra sweet chili sauce before serving.
