Spring salad with radishes, eggs, garden cress, and zesty lemon dressing.
Ingredients:
  • 2 bunches radishes, thinly sliced
  • 0.25 cup garden cress, or more to taste
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 large lemon, juiced
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • 0.125 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, or to taste
  • 1 pinch white sugar
  • 2 large hard boiled eggs, sliced, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Mix together the radishes and garden cress in a bowl.
  • Whisk together oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and sugar in a cup. Drizzle over salad and toss gently. Top with egg slices for a finishing touch.
