Create your own spring roll wrappers with a simple recipe, just remember to refrigerate the dough overnight for best results.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup bread flour
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon cold water
Instructions:
  • Start by sifting bread flour into a medium bowl, then create a well in the center. Add egg and cold water into the well. Mix with a wooden spoon until a smooth dough forms. If needed, add more water. Knead the dough until it's elastic and pliable. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  • Roll the dough into a 14x14 inch square on a lightly floured surface. Cut it into 12 equal squares and roll each one into a thin 6x6 inch square. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until needed.
