Deliciously sticky honey Sriracha Brussels sprouts - sweet and spicy roasted veg in a snap!
Ingredients:
  • cooking spray
  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and cut in half
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1.5 teaspoons sriracha sauce
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and generously coat a rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.
  • Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes until well coated. Spread evenly on the baking sheet.
  • Roast in the oven until Brussels sprouts are golden brown and tender, for approximately 25 minutes.
  • Combine the honey and Sriracha sauce in a small bowl until mixed well.
  • Transfer the caramelized Brussels sprouts to a bowl and generously drizzle with the luscious honey blend. Mix thoroughly until each sprout is perfectly enveloped.
