Sticky honey sherry ginger soy ribs: a mouthwatering family favorite.
Ingredients:
  • 4 pounds pork spareribs
  • 0.5 cup Kikkoman Soy Sauce
  • 0.33333334326744 cup honey
  • 0.25 cup dry sherry
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground ginger
Instructions:
  • Cut the ribs into serving-sized pieces and arrange them in a shallow pan lined with foil, placing the meaty side down.
  • Mix all the remaining ingredients together, then generously brush the sauce over the ribs.
  • Bake covered at 350°F for 1 hour.
  • Flip the ribs over and generously drizzle the remaining sauce on top. Use a brush to coat the ribs evenly. Bake uncovered for an additional 30 minutes, remembering to brush the ribs occasionally.
