Stir-fried snow peas and mushrooms coated in savory teriyaki sauce with toasted sesame seeds.
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 pound snow peas
  • 4 ounces fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
Instructions:
  • Toast sesame seeds in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown, approximately 5 minutes. Then, remove from heat and set aside.
  • In a hot skillet, cook snow peas and mushrooms in oil until tender, for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Combine the snow peas and mushrooms in a bowl. Mix in the toasted sesame seeds and teriyaki sauce. Serve the dish warm.
