Ingredients:
  • 18.20 gm peanut oil
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 18.00 gm sesame seeds
  • 350g baby spinach leaves, washed, dried
  • 1 bunch bok choy, bases trimmed, leaves separated, washed, dried
  • 21.00 gm soy sauce
Instructions:
  • Heat a wok over medium-high heat until hot, then add peanut and sesame oils. Proceed to add sesame seeds and stir for 15-20 seconds until they start turning golden brown.
  • Toss spinach and bok choy in the wok with oil and sesame seeds until wilted, about 1 1/2-2 minutes.
  • Pour in the soy sauce into the wok, stir to mix well, and cook until the sauce starts to bubble. Serve right away.
