Whip up a quick and tasty stout beer ice cream float with just 3 ingredients in 5 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup premium vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup stout draught beer (from 14.9-oz can)
  • 3 tablespoons chocolate-flavor syrup
Instructions:
  • Scoop 2 small scoops of ice cream (about 1 tablespoon each) into each of the 8 shot glasses. Gently pour around 1 tablespoon of beer into each glass.
  • Drizzle each dish with approximately 1 teaspoon of syrup and serve promptly with small spoons.
