Delicious American campfire treats made with graham crackers, chocolate, and marshmallows.
Ingredients:
  • 312.50 ml plain flour
  • 100.00 gm traditional rolled oats
  • 1.25 gm bicarbonate of soda
  • 90.00 gm firmly packed brown sugar
  • 107.50 gm caster sugar
  • 82.50 ml dried strawberries, chopped
  • 47.50 gm white chocolate bits
  • 60g spread
  • 250.00 ml strawberry and vanilla mini marshmallows
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced, then prepare 2 large baking trays by greasing them and lining with baking paper.
  • In a bowl, mix together flour, oats, bicarbonate of soda, brown sugar, caster sugar, strawberries, and chocolate. Create a well in the center and add spread, vanilla, egg, and 2 tablespoons of cold water. Stir well. Roll heaped teaspoons of the mixture into 24 balls and place them 4cm apart on prepared trays. Gently flatten them before baking.
  • Bake until light golden, about 8 to 10 minutes. Take out of the oven, flip half of the biscuits. Add 6 mini marshmallows on each biscuit base. Top with the remaining biscuits and gently press to secure. Serve and enjoy!
