Ingredients:
- 3 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 0.25 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 tablespoon brandy
- 1.5 cups chilled sparkling wine
- 3 large strawberries
Instructions:
- Puree fresh hulled strawberries, confectioners' sugar, and brandy in a blender until velvety. Refrigerate for 10 minutes to cool.
- Spoon the strawberry mixture into three champagne flutes. Add 1/2 cup of sparkling wine to each flute and gently stir. Finish by decorating each glass with a fresh whole strawberry.
