Whip up a stunning strawberry marble cake using easy ingredients like cake, gelatin, whipped topping and pudding mix.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package marble cake mix
  • 1 (3 ounce) package strawberry flavored Jell-O®
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 (1.3 ounce) envelope whipped topping mix
  • 1 (3.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
Instructions:
  • Bake the marble cake according to the box instructions and allow it to cool.
  • Using a fork, delicately prick the cooled cake all over. In a mixing bowl, dissolve strawberry gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water, then gently pour the mixture over the cake. Place the cake in the refrigerator to set for 2 1/2 hours.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine whipped topping mix, pudding mix, milk, and vanilla. Use an electric mixer on high speed to whip until the frosting is thick enough to spread, around 3 to 5 minutes. Frost the cake and enjoy. Store any extras in the refrigerator.
