Ingredients:
  • 500g strawberries, hulled, quartered
  • 62.50 ml orange-flavoured liqueur (such as Cointreau or Grand Marnier - see notes)
  • 24.00 gm icing sugar mixture
  • 350g Natural Strawberry yogurt
  • 161.25 gm caster sugar
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, mix together strawberries, liqueur, and icing sugar. Let it sit for 10 minutes to enhance the flavors.
  • Spoon strawberry mixture into glasses and layer with yogurt. Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes.
  • In a saucepan over low heat, mix caster sugar and 3/4 cup warm water until sugar dissolves. Increase heat to high and bring to a boil. Let it boil without stirring for 10 minutes until golden brown. Remove from heat and set aside for 2 minutes. Drizzle the caramel over yoghurt and enjoy.
