- 1 pint fresh strawberries
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 0.5 cup confectioners' sugar, or to taste
- 2 tablespoons orange flavored liqueur, or to taste
- Remove the strawberry tops and gently slice 3/4 of the way down from the tip towards the bottom to create a standing base.
- Combine cream cheese, sugar, and liqueur until velvety in a mixer or food processor. Transfer mixture to a piping bag fitted with a star tip. Fill each strawberry and display beautifully on a serving platter.
