Vanilla almond whipped cream frosting with cream cheese for a stable, room temperature-proof icing.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon almond extract
  • 2 cups heavy cream
Instructions:
  • In a stand mixer bowl, blend cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and almond extract until smooth on medium speed using the whisk attachment.
  • While the mixer is running, gently add heavy cream, making sure to scrape the bottom of the bowl as needed. Whip until stiff peaks form.
