Decadent pecan brown sugar cream pie.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1.25 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.75 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) while you combine brown sugar and flour in a medium bowl; set aside.
  • Combine cream, egg, corn syrup, and vanilla in a large bowl. Mix in the brown sugar mixture until well blended, then gently fold in the pecans.
  • Transfer the flavorful filling into the pie crust and bake in a preheated oven until beautifully golden brown, 30 to 40 minutes.
