Indulgent chocolate chip pie with a gooey and sweet filling made with flour, eggs, sugar, butter, chocolate bits, and pecans, finished in just an hour.
Ingredients:
  • 1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch single crust pie
  • 0.5 cup butter, melted and cooled
  • 1 cup pecans, coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Combine sugar and flour in a mixing bowl.
  • Combine the beaten eggs, melted butter, chopped nuts, chocolate chips, and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture into the pie crust and set the pie pan on a cookie sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 325°F (165°C) for one hour.
