Versatile and easy oatmeal biscuit recipe - simple and adaptable.
Ingredients:
  • 150.00 gm self-raising flour
  • 250.00 ml toasted muesli
  • 170.00 gm sultanas
  • 75.00 gm rolled oats
  • 90.00 gm brown sugar
  • 125g butter, melted
  • 28.60 gm honey
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 190C (170C fan). Prepare two baking trays by lining them with baking paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, combine the butter, egg, and honey, then add it to the dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
  • Scoop 2 tablespoons of mixture onto prepared trays, gently flatten with a fork. Bake for 10-12 mins until golden. Let cool on trays before transferring to an airtight container.
