Refreshing orange and apple sangria with a hint of orange liqueur and red wine, topped off with bubbly Schweppes Lemonade.
Ingredients:
  • 2 bottles of red wine (750mL each), chilled
  • 185mL Cointreau (or Triple Sec)
  • 500mL Lemonade
  • 2 oranges, thinly sliced (peel on)
  • 2 apples, thinly sliced (peel on)
  • 18.00 gm sugar
  • ice
Instructions:
  • Mix fresh orange and apple slices with a splash of Cointreau and sugar in a bowl, then chill in the refrigerator for one hour.
  • Take the bowl ingredients out of the refrigerator and transfer them to a large jug, then add ice.
  • Combine red wine and Schweppes Lemonade, stir well, and serve over ice.
