Make a vibrant summer sangria with Spanish red wine and a mix of fresh rhubarb, cherries, boysenberries, and raspberries.
Ingredients:
  • 4 cups sweet red Spanish wine
  • 4 cups cranberry-raspberry juice
  • 1 1/2 cups pitted cherries
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh boysenberries
  • 1 cup thinly sliced fresh or frozen rhubarb
  • 1 orange, cut into thin slices
  • 1 lime, cut into thin slices
  • 4 cups ginger ale
Instructions:
  • In a large pitcher, combine the wine, cranberry-raspberry juice, and all the fresh fruit. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  • Pour ginger ale into the pitcher right before serving for a refreshing and effervescent touch. Enjoy chilled.
