Cheesy beef and bean dip with a kick, perfect for game day snacking.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (1 pound) loaf processed cheese food (such as Velveeta®), cut into cubes
  • 1 (16 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 5 ounces tomato sauce
  • 5 ounces diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1 (4.5 ounce) can chopped green chilies
  • 0.25 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
Instructions:
  • In a large pot over medium-high heat, brown and crumble the beef for 5 to 7 minutes. Drain off and discard any excess grease.
  • Combine cheese, kidney beans, tomato sauce, tomatoes, green chilies, red onion, and cayenne pepper with the beef in a pan. Lower the heat and cook the mixture, stirring occasionally, until the cheese is fully melted, approximately 10 minutes.
