Deliciously tender fried eggs, ready in minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 4 large free-range eggs
  • 1/16 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions:
  • Heat olive oil in a large nonstick pan over medium to low heat until lightly coated (about 1 tablespoon). Crack eggs into the pan and cook until whites are set but yolks are still runny. Remove from heat, use a spatula to transfer eggs to a plate, dab with paper towels to remove excess oil, and serve on toast with sea salt and black pepper. Enjoy on 7-grain bread.
