Indulgent cookies bursting with flavor! Swap dry-roasted peanuts for honey-roasted peanuts for a tasty twist.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 3/4 cups Gold Medal™ white whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 cups old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 cups candy-coated chocolate candies
  • 1 cup dry-roasted peanuts
  • 3/4 cup raisins
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. In a large bowl, use an electric mixer on medium speed to blend sugars, peanut butter, butter, vanilla, and eggs until creamy. Mix in flour, oats, baking powder, and baking soda until well combined. Fold in candies, peanuts, and raisins.
  • Drop rounded spoonfuls of dough onto ungreased cookie sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart. Gently flatten each dough mound with the bottom of a drinking glass.
  • Bake for 8 to 9 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool for 2 minutes, then transfer from cookie sheets to a cooling rack. Once completely cooled, store in an airtight container.
