Whip up delicious homemade hummus with garbanzo beans, garlic, cumin, salt, olive oil, and lemon juice.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained, liquid reserved
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 drops sesame oil, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Assemble all ingredients.
  • Combine garbanzo beans, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, cumin, salt, and sesame oil in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Gradually pour in the reserved bean liquid while blending until reaching the desired consistency.
  • Enjoy with crispy pita chips or fresh crisp veggies.
