Savoury sausage gravy perfect for biscuits or toast - crowd pleaser!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound bulk pork sausage
  • 1 tablespoon beef bouillon granules
Instructions:
  • Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir sausage until golden brown and crumbled, about 5 to 7 minutes. Drain excess grease, leaving about 2 tablespoons in the skillet. Lower heat to medium-low.
  • Toss flour, beef bouillon, and black pepper with sausage until well coated and grease is soaked up for 2 to 3 minutes. Slowly pour in milk and mix in Worcestershire sauce. Cook gravy until it thickens, stirring occasionally, for 10 to 15 minutes.
