Ingredients:
  • 57.20 gm honey
  • 3 large mashed bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 100.00 ml plain yoghurt (fat-free)
  • 2.50 gm cinnamon
  • 375.00 ml oat bran
  • 150.00 gm wholemeal self raising flour
  • 170.00 gm sultanas, nuts, cherries or chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  • Mix together ripe bananas, creamy yoghurt, a fresh egg, and sweet honey in a bowl.
  • Combine all the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  • Transfer the mixture into a small baking tray that has been lined.
  • Bake until the top is firm, about 25 minutes.
