Start your day with refreshing, quick smoothies - try my top four combos!
Ingredients:
  • 1 banana
  • 200 g baby spinach
  • 250 ml fresh apple juice
  • 1 lime
  • 2 pears
  • 150 g frozen blueberries
  • 100 ml fresh apple juice
  • 2 cm piece of ginger
  • 1 carrot
  • 200g frozen mango
  • 200 ml fresh orange juice
  • 1 lime
  • 3 tablespoons ground almonds
  • 250 ml milk
  • runny honey to taste
Instructions:
  • **For the green smoothie:** - Peel the banana and cut it into large slices. Use frozen bananas for best results. - Place the banana and spinach in a blender. Add apple juice. - Cut the lime in half and squeeze all the juice into the blender. - Blend until smooth, then serve. **For the purple smoothie:** - Remove the stalks from the pears and quarter them, removing the cores. - Put the pears and blueberries in a blender. Add apple juice. - Blend until smooth, then serve. **For the orange smoothie:** - Use a teaspoon to peel and grate the ginger. - Peel and chop the carrot. - Combine the ginger, carrot, and frozen mango in a blender. Add orange juice. - Cut the lime in half and squeeze the juice into the blender. - Blend until smooth, then serve. **For the white smoothie:** - Peel the banana and cut it into large slices. Use frozen bananas for the best texture. - Combine the banana, ground almonds, milk, and honey in a blender. - Blend until smooth, then serve.
