Foolproof recipe for perfect Yorkshire puddings.
Ingredients:
  • 250.00 ml plain flour
  • 1.20 gm sea salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 169.95 gm milk
  • 27.60 gm rice bran oil
Instructions:
  • First, sift flour into a bowl and add salt. Stir until combined, then create a well in the center. In another bowl, whisk together eggs and milk before adding them to the flour mixture. Whisk everything together until smooth. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the batter for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 220°C (200°C fan-forced).
  • Drizzle 1 teaspoon of oil into each well of a 6-hole, 1/3 cup-capacity muffin pan and bake in the oven for 10 minutes until hot. Carefully pour 1/3 cup of batter into each well and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden and well risen. Serve immediately.
