Supreme Brownie Sundaes

Indulgent fudgy brownie ice-cream sundaes - a timeless crowd-pleaser!
Ingredients:
  • 1 box (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Delights Supreme Original Brownie Mix
  • Water, vegetable oil and egg called for on brownie mix box
  • 1 pint ice cream (any flavor)
  • 9 tablespoons chocolate syrup
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Line an 8-inch square pan with foil, leaving some overhang. Grease foil with shortening or cooking spray. Prepare brownie batter according to package instructions. Allow to cool completely on a rack for about 1 1/2 hours. Lift the brownies using the foil, peel away, and cut into 3x3 squares.
  • Spoon a generous 1/4 cup of creamy ice cream over each brownie and then swirl 1 tablespoon of luscious chocolate syrup on top.
