Whip up a batch of festive Easter treats to delight the little ones!
Ingredients:
  • 200g dark chocolate melts, melted
  • 1/2 x 34g packet Fruit Tingles, crushed
  • 1/2 x 85g packet lime green jelly crystals (see note)
  • 125.00 gm boiling water
  • 40 lolly animals (snakes, frogs, starfish, dolphins etc)
Instructions:
  • Mix chocolate and Fruit Tingles in a bowl. Use the back of a spoon or a small paintbrush to spread chocolate mixture in 8 holes of an 8cm x 6cm (1/4 cup-capacity) egg-shaped mould. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to use.
  • Firstly, combine jelly crystals with boiling water in a heatproof bowl until dissolved. Mix in 2/3 cup of cold water and let it cool. Divide the mixture evenly among the moulds and add around 5 lollies into each. Refrigerate for 3 hours until the jelly sets.
  • Gently unmould the eggs and plate them.
