"Swedish no-bake chocolate bites: A beloved childhood treat combining oats, cocoa, butter, coffee, and chocolate, rolled in coconut flakes for an irresistible snack."
Ingredients:
  • 4 cups regular rolled oats
  • 1.25 cups white sugar
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 2 tablespoons strong coffee
  • 2 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened baking chocolate, melted
  • 0.33333334326744 cup coconut flakes
Instructions:
  • Combine oats, sugar, and cocoa in a bowl. Incorporate butter using your hands until a thick dough forms. Stir in coffee, vanilla, and chocolate until well combined.
  • 1. In a small bowl, put the coconut flakes. Then, shape small amounts of dough into 1-1/2 inch balls by rolling between your hands. Coat the balls with the coconut flakes. Enjoy immediately or chill for 2 hours for a firmer texture.
