Sweet and Salty Microwave Fudge

Easy microwave sweet and salty fudge.
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups semisweet chocolate chips (18 oz)
  • 2 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3/4 cup broken pretzel sticks
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt
  • 1/3 cup chopped salted cocktail peanuts
Instructions:
  • Place a sheet of foil into a 9-inch square pan, leaving an overhang of 1 inch on two opposite sides. Spray the foil with cooking spray.
  • In a large microwave-safe bowl, heat chocolate chips, 2 cups of marshmallows, and condensed milk on high for 3 to 5 minutes. Stir every minute until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • Add vanilla, pretzels, and the remaining 1/2 cup of marshmallows into the mixture. Quickly transfer the mixture into the pan. Press salt on top of the fudge and sprinkle additional peanuts. Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours or until it sets.
  • Lift the fudge from the pan using foil, then cut it into 1 1/2-inch squares and store in an airtight container at room temperature.
