Ingredients:
  • 6.00 gm sesame seeds
  • 9.20 gm peanut oil
  • 500g diced pork
  • 500g broccoli, trimmed, broken into florets
  • 1 red capsicum, deseeded, chopped
  • 440g can pineapple pieces in natural juice, drained
  • 520g jar Thai Sweet Chilli Stir Fry Sauce
  • Pasta or small rice portion, cooked, to serve
Instructions:
  • 1. Heat a wok or large, deep frying pan over medium-high heat. Toast sesame seeds for 2-3 minutes until golden. Set aside.
  • In a hot skillet, sizzle half of the peanut oil. Cook half of the pork for 2-3 minutes until it turns golden brown. Set aside on a plate and cover with foil. Repeat with the rest of the pork.
  • Heat the oil left in the pan, then add the broccoli, capsicum, and 1 tablespoon of water. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the broccoli is tender.
  • Combine the pork, pineapple pieces, and stir-fry sauce in the pan. Heat through. Serve over pasta or rice, and garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
